Pension Schemes Bill Passed Second Reading

On Wednesday 7th October the Pension Schemes Bill passed its Second Reading in the House of Commons without a division. It will now progress to Committee Stage, where amendments can be made by MPs.

Headline measures in the Bill include that it will allow for the introduction of a pensions dashboard, stronger powers for the Pensions Regulator and tighten rules to reduce pension scams.
